Those snot bubbles appear in a lot of different anime. I've never seen boogers do anything like that in real life, but it is funny.
No need for apologies, you and Starseeker are doing an amazing job getting this J9 goodness translated for all of us to enjoy. Delays are not a problem, everyone knows you are the fastest and most productive subtitler around.
